Looks like a solid dealer discount off MSRP, if you ike the car I would say go for it…
At that low of a MF I would roll as much of the upfront costs into the deal as possible and keep the money in the bank.
Might be able to get a P+ at that price

you should really just enjoy the car- you already signed it and your still asking if it’s a “good” deal after all we discussed?
do you need affirmation that you didn’t get ripped off or wish you got better? 12.7% pre-incentive discount is well done. (and please- learn to use the LH calculator- that will make you understand how the deals are structured so you won’t need affirmation from an internet collective). Bravo.
But- no this is not a unicorn deal.
