And I just want to make sure I was providing the right information off the sheet they sent me. I doubt they’ll go anywhere as high as a $17k discount before the rebate. Would it be worth trying to negotiate the discount up to $5-7.5k?
I also think I misinterpreted DAS, it sounds like the only payment I would make at signing is the first month’s payment.
Your trade is factored in. That’s a down payment. I’m 5500 off msrp on these plus incentives

No, the DAS is your $10,500 trade in + first month.
These are 2 completely different things b/c one gets factored into the total lease cost while the other does not.
Sale price (or adj cap cost) is only aspect of a lease. Looking at total lease cost gives you a more accurate idea of how much you’re spending (so I strongly suggest using the LH calculator).
Have them run the number with them cutting you a check for your trade. It will quickly become apparent how bad this is.
Thank you everyone for saving me from a bad deal! I’m just going to let this one go and explore different options. I think the gap to make this a worthwhile deal is too wide and don’t want to waste everyone’s time. Thanks again!

Overall I think the move/your logic makes sense. You’re on the right track just separate the two and you’ll be in great shape. There are many good brokers on here including @Jrouleau426 that can get you a smoking deal on that car and sites like driveway that can allow you to get rid of your trade with very little effort.
