Honestly its hard to tell right now because of the tariffs. If it was last month I’d tell you there is still a little meat left on the bone.
Its hard to tell what approach dealers will take. We’re going to capitalize that everyone will be rushing before tarrifs or we want to sell everything possible now before prices go up. Most should be going with the ladder
I would lock it in for TX.
if MF is high - may be try Multiple Security Deposits.
Check if they can do Tax-credits — it may save/reduce a bit on sales-tax owed/paid.
Other than that it’s a Solid deal IMH (especially with Tariffs in picture)

That ^^^ !!! Follow to a “T” if it’s still there and you like that car, learn how use the Calculator later.
Two things to add:
1 - make sure you get all rebates and incentives available to you. Don’t expect the dealer to spoon-feed you on that though - do your DD.
2 - check the condition of the tires. Some EQS need a whole new set by 10K depending on the make and model of the tire (Bridgestones are the worst). And those tires are expensive!
