Selling Price: $59203.82

Residual : 70.18%
MF: .00146
Dealer fees: $1348 ( include acq fee)
PA tax: 9%
Down Payment: $2,500
Monthly: $437
Total Lease Cost: $12,988
Dealer is willing to take a One Pay for $12,000. Any inputs appreciated.

This is high for a 24 and the numbers don’t add up. The Residual should be 71% and the MF should be 0.00125. I am assuming they rolled the Loaner Lease Cash into the selling price? If so, you are only getting a $9k discount - which is not that great for a 2024. Play with the numbers in the Lease Calculator and come up with your counter offer. Also, I think GM is not charging Acq fee anymore.
