Hey - just want to close this out by saying thanks for your advice. All of your suggestions sent me back to the drawing board and I’m trying to negotiate a deal for a 2023 Macan S that was a loaner!
Good luck! And please share the result later.
Regarding the Macan S (or any Porsche really), remember to budget for maintenance. It can get very expensive. With the Audi you can get Audicare for about $1K and it also increases your residual so costs even less. I own a 2018 Macan GTS and am looking at $2500 for the 60K service. Keep your lease under 3 years/30K miles and you can avoid the most expensive maintenance intervals. Check the prices on the Porsche prepaid service to get an idea of the costs. Maybe you can get them to throw in 3years/30K service as part of your deal given its loaner status.
What exactly is required?
I think I’m going to buy and not least as it is not technically a new car.
Did you see Autocompanion’s lease deal on a Q5e at $500 a month? East coast deal, but maybe able to replicate on west coast.
