Seems pretty decent based on what I’ve been seeing. I’m targeting around $350/mo for 24/10 and think I’m pretty close with a dealer I’m talking to right now.
For some reason I’d like to think you could get lower in CA. Just seems like with the state EV credit it should take the numbers down, but I also assume demand is higher so you aren’t seeing the same dealer discounts. Could take a gamble and wait til the end of the month to see if they’ll knock another few bucks off sticker, but would also probably be pretty content with this offer.
TBH you’d get more eyeballs if you wrote out the 7-8 main line items.

whats rule of thumb for taxed vs untaxed?
dealer discount (simple markdown off sticker) is taxed, i’m sure. but for incentives…on the calculator it says taxed = “cash-back offers, loyalty cash, bonus cash” and untaxed says “mfr to dealer rebate” --are you able to provide some clarity? like the 7500 “lease cash” – is that “bonus” or “mfr to dealer”?

I consider these distressed merchandise at this point, March '24 and these are 2023’s. I’d aim for 10% off which would get you to just under $11k for a one pay. How many dealers have you shopped?
Only two dealers participate in the utility rebate program and have the 23 available. The selling price minus all the rebate is close to the lowest nationwide price searching using autotrader.com (the lowest price is in CO, however, that includes $5,000 rebate only available to CO residents.
