Coming out to about ~600/ month before tax. Should i take it? I have an OL code to bring it down to about 570/ month.
I tried to negotiate %off to about 9-10% but the dealer didn’t budge.
Seeking feedback on whether to sign or wait.
I wouldn’t expect an OL code to be honored at full value (half is dealer contribution) if they’re already discounting that much.
Frankly I’m a little surprised a dealer who still has one of these is even going that deep since no one who’s been marketing these correctly has any 2023’s left.

You were right Scott. Dealer is only willing to apply the BMWNA portion of OL code. As far as dealer fee and addons are concerned, total is about 400 (includes doc fees, gap insurance). Should i try to negotiate that down or try to get gap insurance removed?
There’s no need for GAP insurance. It’s already included from BMWFS.
Dealers that try to pull this crap should be tar and feathered.
