Not really a comment about your deal; but I could have swore just a few years ago the 3year / 12k-per annum resid on BMW 3 series were like 60%. When did they drop into the high 50’s on even a 3year / 7.5k-per annum?

@IAC_Scott can help you with this I think

Lease cost of $24k+ for a car with a selling price of $44k before rebates? That would be a hard pass for me.

I appreciate that, but honestly, FOR THIS CAR, this is a spectacular deal. Locked into the 39 month loyalty program with 9% off and almost nothing in doc fees? This is amazing, for this vehicle.

You kind of answered your own question.

Doc fees are limited by law to $85 in California, so nothing special here with regard to the doc fees.

I was thinking the same, especially in today’s market. I tried to push for 10% but they wouldn’t budge.

In other words, the programs for this vehicle are crap.

Find a better lease on a different vehicle or finance this vehicle if you’re in love with it.

The lease is :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

I’m aware, but it still is a relevant aspect when evaluating the deal relative to the open market.

Never heard of a 330i M Sport for under $50k? If so, not a great deal, but not a bad deal in todays insane automobile market in my opinion.
