Deal Check | 2023 Audi e-tron GT

,

terms: 12 month / 7.5k miles
msrp: 125,000
selling price: 112,500 (10% discount)
incentives: 32,500
rv: 66%
mf: .00298 with 10 MSDs
tax and fee are pretty standard, with added Audi Care for 900 for RV bump

Here’s the numbers in the calculator

one thing i was shocked by is that the incentives are taxed in Washington state. is that right? looking closely at the language on the incentives they’re described as “bonus” (instead of “rebate” which would be pretax?). that adds a shocking 3.4k on the total cost, on top of the rta tax of about 1.3k. so more than 40% of the total cost of this lease is just taxes.

just wanted to gut check these numbers with the folks here, thanks in advance

Is the MF marked up? I think base MF for a 2023 e tron GT P+ is 0.00303 this month. I would push for a higher discount to offset it if so. And yes, RTA tax is killer on these short term leases

It you are at $9900 all in with a taxed rebate state I would take this deal while you still can. I’m in the northeast and have spent the last week trying to secure a deal am nowhere close to this as inventory is quickly drying up. The money factor does look marked up so perhaps theres room there, can’t hurt to ask but if you’re happy with this price its definitely reasonable as it’s cheaper than the brokers and no fee.

yes, it looks like this dealer marked up the MF to .00343 and was willing to discount to .00303 for one-pay or let me pay the MSD to drive it down to .00298

i think this deal is in the ballpark of what i’m willing to accept, but certainly beyond what i originally expected.

maybe it’s due to RTA tax (which charges 1.1% on the MSRP of the vehicle before discounts even on leases) that leaves PNW a couple of 23 GTs still sitting on the lot.
