All auto market nonsense aside, mid-year isn’t really when Lexus does its best deals. If you absolutely need the car now, then shop around with a couple of dealers and then go for it. But otherwise, you’ll probably be able to get something much better in November/December.
For reference, I picked up a '20 UX last year (with FL tax) for around the same MSRP/monthly as your quotes…but with 12k miles/year, $0 drive off, and first month payment waived. No MSDs needed.
Side note: Very nice vehicle overall, but it’s pretty tight on storage thanks to that battery pack.
