What are the incentives?
On it’s face it looks pretty bad. There are tons of X3 threads to compare to.
2020 X3 has no incentives unless you have BMW loyalty.
Seem’s decent for a 2020
why not try a 2019. That’s where the deals can be.
For a 2020, the discount is actually fairly solid. Not sure what’s going on with the MF however. The reason one might go for the 2020 over the 2019 is the addition of live cockpit. Thought about it myself

BMW still don’t offer Adaptive Cruise Control standard on their cars like Lexus does. You could get a RX350 for a better deal.
Go to the biggest BMW Dealership in your area even if you have to drive a little. I got my Fiancé a 2020 X3 with Nav moonroof, driver assistance package for $500 w Tax and $1300 driveoffs. No loyalty no Msds.

hmm … what was the MSRP on that car? I did a little price shopping with local dealers and was able to get the monthly down to $480 quite quickly it seems, same money down.
Lucky you. In Texas these don’t lease too well and local dealers didn’t wanna play ball. MSRP was around 50k don’t recall exact numbers as it was nearly a month ago when the 2020 X3 was just arriving. $480 is solid
Seems I was able to work an even better deal, thanks to the inspiration of other threads and some luck/timing with the dealer. After adding a few more options, managed $3,232 down and $497 a month for an msrp of approx $55,200. This was by all means a great deal!
