I couldn’t get the calculator right :frowning:
Calculator: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=0&msrp=46585&sales_price=38990&months=36&mf=.00126&dp=1000&dealer_fee=0&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=2750&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=58&reg_fee=1500&sales_tax=10.4&demo_mileage=995&memo=&acqFee_check=true&monthlyTax_radio=true&bmw_demo_25=true&dealerFee_check=false

This deal is pretty bad for a loaner (your calculator isn’t accurate). It looks like they’re probably combining the rebates in the selling price ddiscount, and MF is marked up to the max.

This is what I would counter with (slightly higher discount, rolled in the government fees to make the drive off lower, took away the 1k down, and made it base MF instead of marked up). Also are you sure they can lease a car with that low miles?

I’m assuming you’re in OR. If you’re in WA, consider buying from OR, lots of people on LH have done that with BMWs since WA dealers aren’t as willing to negotiate.

Since the dealer is making a lease deal, I guess they could?

Ideally, I would like to lower it to below $400 after tax with zero down. Do you think it’s something realistic?

The way I structured the calc above is below 400 with 0 down…do you mean 0 DAS?

It all depends on the dealer. Some dealers sure, some dealers nope. You would probably need to put some MSDs in if you want to (with the calc I posted, 0 DAS with max MSDs brings you to $412 inc tax).

Search for some recent deals. Here’s a loaner from AZ, granted with more miles, and a motivated dealer.
