Fields in Orlando. Honestly based on all my reading around here I didn’t think I would be able to get 10% and base MF in Florida so that’s what I came in asking for… and after some back and forth and speaking directly with the finance manage… they did it.
The way our negotiations ended I think I’m at the very bottom of what they can do. They let me walk trying to get another $500 off and telling them I would sign.
Yeah florida is tough. All you can do then is add MSD. Seems like a decent deal for Florida.
Your dealer fee is wrong in there… I believe Fields is around $999.
As people have mentioned, FL can be difficult. I would see if they are open today and push since it will be slow because of the game.
Since BMW does not have any dealer support this Month, they are not inclined to get super aggressive on deals.
At the end of the day, if it is the perfect car, and you are financial within your budget to lease it. go for it!
Know that you are getting a great deal than most in FL

Another question: They told me if I did the credit application on Saturday (they aren’t open Sunday) we could lock in our deal and the January promotions and then see what the February promotions brought. Other than potentially dinging my credit for no reason if we don’t end up making a deal, this seemed too good to be true. Am I missing something? I did end up doing the credit app.
There’s just not enough competition in the Orlando area for bimmers. I spent maybe 5 minutes with a sales guy at the south Orlando Fields location and walked out. As soon as I mentioned price things went down hill…it was their price in the window is what I was told and his attitude told me they weren’t budging…they did call me back, but wouldn’t discuss price. I didn’t go the BMW route, but had fairly good conversations with the Fort Walton Beach BMW dealer - far away but still in Florida. Good luck and let us know what you end up with.
Yes… if they submitted then you will be able to hold January programs, and maintain the 137. So if programs change, you can at lease use those programs.
You have a window of running your credit without your report being impacted.
