Uhhh…what is with these recent absurd Alfa quotes? 
That is horrendous, these were leasing well a while back. I’m not sure if the numbers went really bad for the Giulia or the dealer is just trying to bend you over a barrel. You can get a loaded 2021 540 for this much.

I know rates change, but as a reference point: two years ago I got my Giulia TI Sport AWD ($50,190 MSRP) for $371/mo (base pmt) with just normal up fronts DAS (~$1800).
Your MSRP is higher, but +$328/mo over my deal is horrendous.

Heritage Alfa gave me an okay quote on a 2019. Don’t know they still have inventory though and will deal on a 2020.

That being said, recent deals show that you should be about 0.9-1.1% of msrp for monthly on guilias.
Also focus on effective monthly payment, taking into account the DAS
