CX5 Turbo Premium-NJ

Trading in my 21’ carbon for a 24’ turbo premium (nj)

Leasing on a 10k year/36 months

Dealer is saying $550 a month (sign and drive) $0 upfront

MSRP: $40,465
Sell price: $38,465
Residual: $24,279
Money Factor: .00112

Is this a good deal, Or can I haggle the price more? Never really negotiated much on leases looking for insight

You can do better on the discount,10% off should be attainable.

Is there equity in the trade?

Payoff is like $21,600

What is the dealer offering for it?

Looks fairly decent by today’s standards

If your income is going to double or you’re going to leave the country, it might be a good lease for a finite time.

But otherwise don’t make a habit of spending $20,000+ every three years to drive cars in this segment. Or $40,000+ over six years.

Do some quick math on how much equity you have after financing for six years vs two 36m leases. You might be shocked.

I got a CX-5 carbon Turbo back in november sign and drive for 36/10k @ $409 a month!

Can I please have the money factor & residual value, any rebates or incentives?

2024 CX5 Turbo Premium

30k miles / 36 months

Zip Code 07105

On Edmund’s from a moderator I got:

2024 CX5 Turbo Premium
30k miles / 36 months
Zip Code 07105

.00158 MF and 62% RV
No lease incentives

But how come leasehackr its showing 60% RV & MF 0.00325

Which one would I present as an offer to the dealer? And what would a target msrp be for those anyway to find out?

Just traded in the carbon, and left with a turbo premium for $475 a month plus gap came out to $489 monthly
