im no hacker and only have done like 2 leases, however, if requesting help from community, you will need A LOT more details. list out MSRP, pre-incentive selling price, incentives, MF, RV (confirmed with edmunds?) MSD’s? and etc. Make a link to the calculator to make it easier for those trying to help you as well. 
Also look at the publicly posted deals in the marketplace and in the brag area, although the brags are mostly from last month. I agree that you need more information like what is included in the DAS and where are taxes in all this. Edmunds forums will give you the residual, the MF and incentives if you post in the threads for those cars
