I realize that now after I caught the commercial. They all blend together anymore.

Why was the insurance company even made aware of the payoff?

Without that knowledge they would have paid out the ACV as usual, and BMWFS would have given the difference to the lessee.

I’m the opposite lol… I need a sunroof. I rarely put my windows down, but my sunroof is always open

I never open my windows, nor sunroof. Auto AC is always “ON” :slightly_smiling_face:

Windows down only to evacuate hot air, then AC on, even in winter. I miss my plug in CMAX which let me cool the car down before I left work so it was 65 degrees when I got in the car.
