Crosstrek Premium with eyesight - 260 per month - 36/10- advise

Hi All ,
At dealer pushing for higher discount - this is what dealer has agreed to ?

Surprising their are no rebates from subaru for lease ? Are their any hacks incentives that i can stack - i cant find any ? any experts here ?

Is this good – how much better can it get ?

Couple of questions for experienced folks here ?
Does chase negotiate the buying price ?
Can i buy out few months into the lease - if i decide to move out of country then plan to buy and sell - this is tricky because we are large family everyone needs cars  and if we move out we all move out and leases are coming to an end so the new variable is adding up

Subaru rarely, if ever, has incentives. You cannot negotiate the RV with Chase. Just not going to happen. If you might leave the country, it probably doesn’t make sense to lease IMHO

I agree leasing dosent make sense — i dont know if i will leave in 30 days or 3 years  Buying drastically increases my monthly cost … Given uncertainty what i am trying to do is lease stuff that hold value really welll…

Hoping i can get something like cruze with 1 pays of 1000$ or so - are their any ?

Not on Subaru since their leases are just ok. You will be paying less than $100 more if financed for 63 month. Probably 60-80 on Crosstrek, but you get great trade-in when it’s time to sell. So you get this extra money back after a few years.

Yes but i can buy out my lease anytime right ? Dealer said yes –

At very high price, yes. It’s a Subaru, so RV will be in the 60th %. Keep in mind that you also pay extra $600 aqusition fee on a lease. And what do you do after you buy it out? Sell it on your own? What’s the point then?

If you buy it out, you’d be charged tax on the buyout price, so that’s another $1k-$2k down the drain if you resell.
