Colorado leases that look at Canadian Credit

Hey everyone,

My wife and I just moved to the Boulder / Denver area from Toronto and are looking for a car to lease. I was wondering if anyone knew of any dealers that would look at Canadian Credit? My wife and I have superb Canadian Credit but zero US credit so far.

No, Canadian credit doesn’t factor into typical decisions. Some of banks/financing companies have programs that work with expats/foreign executives, but you’ll need to find a broker/dealer that has experience working these situations (high volume outfits?). Don’t be surprised if you’re facing a higher MF or larger downpayment requirements.

European brands have the best expat programs. Google “vhooloo expat car lease programs” without the vhooloo keyword.
