OMG!! At 11am on Aug 29th I started to fill out the documents for Morris to lease a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5. By 1pm we were approved. Anytime I had questions Morris was quick to answer them. Within 24 hrs my car was delivered to my home in the Bay Area. Morris went above and beyond. I have never enjoyed leasing or buying a car from dealerships. But this was peaceful and incredible streamline. I must give it up for Morris and his team the graciousness and attention to detail to make sure I was satisfied was awesome. FYI I never say nice things about purchasing a car it always sucks. I was in my PJ’s and chill’n. My new car is rolling up my driveway. Morris the Goat really hooked me up. I got the Ioniq 5 SE for my mom and he communicated very well and facilitated the process of getting the car to signing the papers. It was all very seamless.

First and foremost, Morris delivers on what he advertises. Second, he gives honest advice and he knows his stuff. We got the first deal done in just a few hours and I was going ho to start on the second one. Some guys, most I think, would have gone for the deal that was there, but he told me to give it a few days because the rebates were going to get better. Sure enough, it went down just as he said and we got the second one done 3 days later. Third, he is prompt, attentive and communicates well throughout the process. I know this guy was busy as heck, but he somehow managed to answer his phone when I called and return all my texts within a reasonable time frame. Fourth, he goes above and beyond to find you the car you want even if it’s not readily available nearby.
The car buying process is one of the most time consuming, frustrating things you can do in life. Morris made it fast and easy. Honestly, I will never again buy a car from anyone else. You shouldn’t either.

I’m a casual browser here on LH and came across a Moiz special. I’ve never worked with a broker and honestly had low expectations, but Moiz far surpassed every step of the way. Dealership experience was great too, was a quick 10-15 minutes signed paperwork and then the technical stuff, battery charging, setting up Phone Key etc. They have DC FAST chargers onsite and I decided to charge to 100% as I had the whole day off.
