Some reflection from our policies last year moving into 2026:
- All deal will have a broker agreement (as we have always done) and this will be available for review prior to anything. This outlines the broker fee refund policy and will ensure you fully understand how we do business.
- All broker fees can be paid by CREDIT CARD! We do charge a 3% CC fee but you can always pay by Zelle with no fee (obviously).
- Transparency is KEY. We will always provide full quotes with 0 surprises (as we have done in the past).
- We do not charge you for transport. YOU PAY DIRECTLY TO TRANSPORTER. We do NOT MAKE MONEY on transport and you can ALWAYS use your own transporter and handle transport on your own. Ours is usually MORE expensive by $50, but we only use bonded and insured transporters who provide the BEST service.
