Has the cutoff for 2021 4xE been moved? A few posts up mentioned 9/29. Or are allocations just running low/delivery likely won’t be until 2022?

I’m curious about EV credit as well. My wife is looking for a van.
It is whatever the bank is passing on. We don’t decide that. For 2021 it was not seeing 2022 yet.
Can we still build and order 2021s or would it be 2022s now?
