Are the MF & RV lockable with an ordered BMW (X5 in this case)? I’m not terribly familiar with BMFS.

Youre locked into the programs of order month. With BMW, if programs on delivery month improve, you get to pick the better program

So there is some flexibility allowed… its a matter of when you decide to submit the application.
You submit your app when you put your order in. That way you are locked to the numbers from when you placed it.

C’mon now, what are you trying to do here. That is even a spec I would consider. 
BUT the sniffing around on the X5, got me looking into CPO (I believe discontinued) X5 50i’s. 
X5 50is arent discontinued! You just dont see them everywhere
