Got an out of state deal with e-sign contract to sign before i will do a 2 hours trip for pick up.
We agreed for a one pay deal ( everything on texts) but the contract to e-sign is showing $2k more.
The sales person is saying that i will not pay what the contract shows but this what we agreed to.
Is it enough that i will get an email from GSM from that dealer saying how much really i own them?
If i will e-sign the contract can i refuse to pick up the car if they will ask for the full payment as shown on the contract?
Btw. I pay using GM card and balance, if any by cash.
Never been in that situation.
I appreciate any suggestions or advice.
TIA
I have had with them at least 3 deals for friends and family memebers and always was as promised but never one pay but always everything in person.
The salesperson is blaming the system.
When i put this into LH, calculator is showing -$1800 depreciation ( negative).
At this time, there is one pay, and i can not pick up earlier than Friday. I offered even a deposit to hold the car.
Btw . They offered e-sign.
Very common. All of my deals for Chevy have been like this this month. Have them run your card before you go and confirm that this is all you owe. Dealer will raise selling price in contract and eat the difference.
Just did the credit app for the card.
I am approved for more than i need. @CoastalMotorGroup
Does the transaction have to be done in the store or they will charge the card today after i will e-sign it?
