Chevy Cruze LS lease in Denver - Is this a good deal?

I am going to lease a 2016 Chevy Cruze LS and the dealership gave me the following deal. I don’t have all of the numbers in front of me but this is what I know:

27 Month Lease
10k miles/year
$500 due at signing
$109/month

The agreed selling price was approximately $18,000. Do you guys think this is a good deal? I’m not too worried about 10k miles/year because I don’t drive much. It’s my first time leasing a car and any advice would be appreciated.

That looks pretty good! While it would be even less if you are currently leasing a car (there’s a $1,500 conquest rebate available), it’s still cheaper than any other car you can lease right now.
