The break even is 3k spend at costco, then the 2% annual rebate pays for the $60 uplift. That’s $250/mth which I can hit in a couple visits (or my wife in about 30 min in the store

i’ve worked up a ton of onepay structures for 2018 and 2019. best deals are on 2019 equinox, 2019 colorado, 2018 cruze, 2018 malibu. they’re all comparable around 4k but the cash card on the 2019s make those total net better.
