Just have them run it at zero das + msds with and without it waived. As long as you’re good with the selling price and they don’t mark up the MF you should get the deal done before someone else does.

Since we are talking about MSDs here. Sorry for hijackjng the thread but should I waive my acq fee to increase my MF on a 2019 rx450h? Dealer quoted me at .00021 MF. With max MSD it comes out to about 0.

Lost the car. Communication was pretty slow. I pulled the trigger, CA said I’d need to get pre-approved to put a deposit that would hold the car till tomorrow for pickup, then said give me 15 minutes for the final work up, came back in 30 and said it was sold. Live and learn.
