Are we sure on this?

Can a third party not pay chase directly on this and have Chase transfer title to the third party directly? Cherped does not own the title on this anyhow so I’m failing to see why Chase won’t just release title to the third party on contractual fulfillment.

Possibly because Chase does not have a dealer license and cannot sell directly to the public

So I have a few updates!
If you your lease ORIGINATED in the state of CT and you are transferring your CHASE lease within the state of CT, they allow assumptions. You cannot re-register your out-of-state vehicle to CT and then do an assumption.
Just s/w Chase. I hope that helps some!
