Is Calc right?
Whenever I bring DAS down to zero, there is a sizable Down Payment line that appears in the Lease Summary. Which is contradictory to 0 DAS.
Or am I reading it wrong?
You are reading it wrong. That is just showing you the amount of the inception fees you have rolled in.

The legend does say Down Payment which confused me.
Was looking at your Mazda tab on your excel sheet, and it appears your MSRP’s are way off for the CX90 models listed. I was looking at a CX90 Premium plus, which is about $49k on mazdas website, but you have it at $54,900. The other trims see way off too. Am i missing something?
Our mazda sheet has not been updated since Sept.
