It differs by state but in Virginia the common law assumes you can return leased/rented property to the location you obtained said property absent a contract clause to the contrary, which of course the lease documents donât have. So it doesnât address if you move but if I lease my BMW at Billâs Virginia BMW, absent a contract clause to the contrary they are obliged to accept it at lease end.

Finally BMW FS called me and transferred the line to a local dealer to take my lease return.
Last time the local dealer cancel the return one day before.
I scheduled it for tomorrow, Letâs see
BTW:
1, dealer says PNO is fine
2, no pre-inspection
