Car Lease Transfer Fees in PA

Hello-

I am interested in taking over a BMW lease in PA. When I transfer the car, and besides the $400 BMW transfer fees and the $100 BMW application fees, do I pay fees of any type to PennDot? Any other fees here and there I need to be aware of?
