I know this could be construed as anecdotal (which I guess it is but here goes). As I drive around southern Nassau County I see most lots (BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, Nissan etc. etc.) seem to have a full complement of cars! Yes new and used. Am I imagining a shortage or is it that there is no real shortage per se but prices are stiff regardless? Or is it possible that demand destruction is beginning?
