Canadian here living in FL! New to this forum 
Coming to end of a Canadian lease on a 2019 QX50 Infiniti Luxe fully loaded and have NO idea if my car can be bought out, financed, etc. here in the US. No plans to cross back over the border and “return” it.
Can someone please advise me to whether this is possible? Either through a dealership or through a private buyer. I am not sure if I want to buy it out or just give back/lease a new one…HELP!

First place i would start is by looking at your lease contract as to what the restrictions/reporting obligations were for bringing it permanently to the US in the first place. I suspect that if it was even allowed, there were some reporting requirements that would have covered handling disposition.
I sold a car from I bought from Canada years ago. I remembered kept getting low ball offers claiming that it’s a gray market car.
What does you lease agreement state?
