Can you request more mileage when transferring lease

I want to take over an Audi A6 lease but the mileage remaining is too low for me

Is it possible for the dealer to increase the mileage allowance from 10k per year to 12k or 15k before I assume the lease in exchange for a higher monthly payment? Or does the payment have to stay the same?

You can purchase miles. Can’t change terms of contract, I doubt they’d allow that.
