What is the term of the lease? Looks like 36 months. Also, has GMF funded this lease yet? I see negative depreciation on line 7(E) which is a red flag however, it’s not as critical as a monthly pay. If this were a monthly pay, it would not fund.

Something seems off here. The residual is about 90% of the gross cap cost resulting in negative depreciation. Is this one of the vehicles that are still getting the EV inventive?
