That is a pretty good deal. Currently I would skip the 2019 since it is very similar aside from the added buttons on the steering wheel and slightly more powerful engine - unless you get the model with the digital dash and ambient lighting but then you will be spending quite a bit more.
Actually there are more changes than that. You get a different front bumber, “different” engine, LED headlights are standard (if this car doesn’t have it, then that’s huge), bigger screen, nicer steering wheel, on top of other stuff that are optional. The change from 18 to 19 is pretty significant.
