Helping out my parents who now reside in Jacksonville FL. They have a Mazda CX? currently on extension and are looking for a replacement.

Can it be grounded down in FL and still avail of the discount up here in the NE?

Discounts apply according to the zip code where the car is registered

For many brands, incentives are based on dealer location. Taxes are based on registration location.

Should have stated it’s more about the loyalty and return discounts…

You should be able to get loyalty. Some brands do require you to currently still have the car and not have already returned it.
