I’ve received an offer from a dealer that I’m struggling with. The numbers are not matching up when I put in their quotes in the Leasehackr calculator. The first quote I received matched up within a few dollars, but this one- not so much.

Residual is 64% and MF is .00072 as confirmed by dealer.
What am I missing?
It matches up. Your calculator is showing $382/Mo with $2903 DAS.
They presented $421.78/Mo with $1500 due.
If you take the difference of $1403 (2903-1500) =$1403/36mos = $39/Mo~
$382 + $39 = $421/Mo~
As @ralphsaphony said, your DAS amount did not match. Below is a closer representation of your deal.
@Jon and @ralphsaphony thank you for looking over the numbers. I didn’t read the down payment section as the DAS- but as a true down payment with the additional fees still owing. Then because the sales tax figure was written down below, I took that as in addition to the $421 up above on the schedule.
I’ll ask the dealer to clarify, but very much appreciate the help!
