Alright got all the numbers
My buyout = $29,816
Vroom/3rd Party buyout = $36,672
Vroom offer to me = $33,892
So obviously I buy and flip to vroom. Here is the problem. It’ll take 1-2 weeks to get title in hand if I mail check to Cal today. Vroom’s offer is good until next Tuesday. There is no way I have title by then.
How do you good folks work around this?
Have you confirmed if your buyout includes sales tax or if that is an extra cost?
The expiring offer issue is a real issue. There’s not much you can do there. I think Vroom was one that said they wouldn’t take a title until it was 60 days old as well, but you may want to confirm that in the vroom thread/with vroom.
That $29,816 includes tax.
Vroom didn’t mention the 60 day requirement in any discussions.
