Cadillac XT5 2017 Lux

Hey guys new to the forum and I need some help! Looking at a brand new Lux XT5 36m/15k a year. Car is being sold at 45k after discounts. Dealership wants $540 down, $540 a month tax in. Not sure how good of a deal this is. Would love any help

Seems there is room for more. There are many discounts available and not sure you are getting them all. So you will need to post a break down of MSRP, discount, rebates etc But off the bat I would say the monthly and sales price is not low enough. Room for another 2-5% discount based on ad below.

Vehicle Price: $46,460.00
AutoNation Savings: - $4,684.00
AutoNation Price: $41,776.00

Sales Tax (estimate):	+	$2,615.37
Tag/Registration Fees (estimate):	+	$175.00
Tire/Battery/MVWEA:	+	$6.50
Tag Agency Fee:	+	$98.75
Dealer Service Fee:	+	$699.95
Balance Due (estimate): $45,371.57

This is what I was able to get. This is it exactly

These two items seem somewhat abusive. Are these negotiable ? How about a single documentation fee of maybe $80.

Based on forum rule of being as close to 1% of MSRP as possible no it is not a good deal. Still some cars will not get close to this 1% rule.
