Cadillac Lyriq Sport 1 Lease for $430 a month

I am planning to lease Cadillac Lyric Sport 1 for $430 a month (with tax) and $0 down. Only first month payment due at signing.

I haven’t got details about price breakdown yet from dealer. It is customer loaner car.

Is this considered good deal? Since I don’t have % off MSRP, RV, MF, I can’t put anything in calculator.

Also, generally with lease, do people buy any kind of insurance for scratch/dent?

Thanks.

It’s fair, where are you located/which dealership is it? I’ve seen them as low as high 200s for loaners.

Can’t answer the first part without the second.

Yes.

A lot of people do.

Should you?

No.

Here is the info I got today.

I came up with 413 w 413 at signing. Pretty close. The mf looks slightly marked up. .00167 vs .00132. You can get another 500 rebate via GM rewards card sign and spend.

With the mf mark up factored in, youre at about 7% off pre-incentive. Thats mediocre for a loaner. Not horrible, not amazing.

Thanks a lot for your help (in past too).
I am still on fence if I should go with this or not.

Definately not as good as Iowa deal but I am sure much closer

I agree. Iowa deal is good, but flying to Iowa didn’t work out for me.
By the way, the deal I am looking at is Sport 1 trim red color.

Is it possible to share the full quote (without your info)? Dealers in Houston are not budging without seeing a quote :frowning:

I don’t have full quote yet.

Anything which has VIN# with the numbers you have?

Yes I saw that sounds nice. Either way your target discount should be 10% off msrp before all rebates especially on a loaner. I got 12% on a non loaner from that Iowa dealer but that is a bit of unicorn. You may have to travel to get it if nobody will play local ball.

I agree. I wish I can travel to Iowa for that deal.

The quote I am having is at 9.6% off msrp.

@Jimzigg Did you already leased one for yourself? Are you happy with car? Any known issues so far?

The marked up mf lowers that discount to 7% per the post on the thread. So not a true 9.6%

Had it since mid June. I love it. Some gremlins here and there but overall good.

The quote you have has a manipulated MF so that they can make it seem like they’re giving you 9.6% off, even though they actually aren’t.

So not a good deal in general?
