FYI I tried on four browsers at home (not California) and didn’t get it on any. I turned on my VPN (it defaults to California) and got it immediately upon refreshing. Not sure if perhaps it’s location targeted based on IP address.

Crazy just checked and nothing. Just tried 2 more devices, private browsing mode also and still get the error. Maybe it is location based like EVguy is saying.

Put it in incognito mode on Chrome and got it within 30 seconds of going on the Cadillac website. I am located in FL
I’m in TX right now and it isn’t popping up on either of my devices, even in private mode.
I tried from SC last night, same thing. iPad was hooked up to the hotel’s wifi, so no idea where that traffic appeared to be from. Phone was on cellular data.

Still says “error submitting” everytime
that’s bad..I haven’t tried.
It says you need to put a dealer and am not sure if I can use this at another dealer later.
We’re in the same boat - however I discovered that the pull ahead program only covers $1000 of payments. Depending on your payment, you may still be on the hook for more.

Anyone has cadillac private offer that they are not planning to use? I am not getting the popup. I have tried everything.

Yes I did. It was redirecting to the search page. I tried multiple browsers using vpn/incognito but no luck. I didn’t have it by the time I got the car on Saturday. After reaching home I refreshed my browser and I got the popup on phone…lol. Missed out on $500.
Guess you’ll just have to buy a second one lol!

I just wanted to try my luck with the dealership today and they were great. They said that they spoke with Cadillac and they approved my additional $500. They called me and got the new contract signed in with the updated payment.

Hey, after I got the popup I realized that it needs the zip code and that should match with your address. So it seems that it’s not easily transferable. However keep trying in different browsers etc. Also don’t forget to disable the popups.
