From what I can tell, since it’s the end of the year, they’re clearing out the older models to make room for the new 2026 versions. I noticed Homestead has the base model listed at $90K. [Screenshot 2025-10-13 at 3.00.14 PM] I also see the Tahoe HC going for $70K

The MSRP on the car is $90,295…that’s just the literal base 2WD model.

Don’t believe any pricing you see on a Bomnin Dealer. Don’t use that as a bench mark.

I see the Tahoe High Country in Miami for $71k What’s wrong with these types of dealers?

Just false advertising to pull people in.
