CA DMV Paper title processing times for Lease Transfer - any idea how long?

anyone has recent experience with title processing time by CA DMV for the purpose of lease transfers…

I just entered that stage today with BMW. They say 7-10 business days but “there is a high volume so it may take longer”. Will update the thread when it goes through.
