I’m currently working with an auto broker on LH to close a lease for a Hyundai PHEV. They’re saying that delivery won’t happen until tomorrow or Saturday. Does it mean that I will lose the $1000 SCE incentive? Can I apply first and upload the docs later…sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks so much!
There’s a new CA Clean Air Rebate instead- $1500 and should be taken off at point of sale directly.

The only Hyundai PHEV listed is the 2020 Ioniq, which qualifies for a rebate of $908.44. This new program replaced the SCE program effective
November 17, 2020.

If the contract is done, sign up on SCE now, and upload docs later.
CCFR requires work with authorized dealer, and the $1500 subtract from selling price, which should added on the contract.

I’m not sure if the dealer qualifies for the CCFR
I’ feel like my deal in limbo now 
ask the broker what is included in the $3500 post sale rebates.
If CCFR is there, forget SCE rebate. You can only get either CCFR or SCE.

Edmunds is showing $4543 lease cash plus $1000 bonus cash on the Ioniq PHEV. You should also be eligible for $908.44 clean fuel reward, plus $1000 from the Clean Vehicle Rebate program.
The $1000 rebate is increased to $3500 for people who meet the moderate/low income threshold.
@cruiserchuck broker replied and said that CCFR is already factor in. Looks like I won’t get the SCE incentives Bc delivery won’t happen today.
