C300 4Matic Loaner - A few questions regarding the work to be done

Hey all, so I got this quote without any negotiation yet. Considering I have been offered over $450/mo. from multiple dealerships, I think this quote is a good starting point.

I have a few questions regarding the quote and general negotiation tactics. I apologize in advance for the long and perhaps sloppy format.Would appreciate any feedback, tips or help regarding any of the 5 questions I ask below.

Dealer Quote:

2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4Matic Loaner
Miles: 5,690
Lease Term: 36/12k

MSRP: [$48,155]
Cap Cost: [$36,998]
Residual: [59%]
MF: [0.001390]
Mileage adjustment: [$537]

Break down of Drive off fees:
First pmt:Th [$364.19]
Acq fee: [$1,095]
Lic, doc fee, plates, taxes: [$723.63]

Here are my questions:

  1. I could not get the dealers numbers to work out for some reason. They are quoting $364, but I get $344. Our drive off amounts also do not match. This may be tax related, but I’m not too sure. I haven’t had issues getting other quotes I’ve received to work.

Just to note, I have another printed sheet that says Dealer/state fees: $631.50 so, for leasehackr calculator i moved that to doc fees and the remaining from $92.13 (from the $723.63) to License/Reg. fees.

Here are my calculations for reference.

  1. I haven’t negotiated one term on this lease yet, but was wondering your opinions on my general strategy:

A) I was planning to try and negotiate another 1k off the sale price because I heard 25% is the benchmark and the car has been listed for over 50 days. (Although, I am ok with the current discount)

B) I am expecting them to say we cannot discount more, from there I feel like it would be easy to transition to saying something has to be done about the inflated MF and fees.

C) Do you guys have tips for negotiating the MF/fees, should I say I’m looking for buyrate or say things like I have Tier 1 credit, I was expecting better? Any tips here would be greatly appreciated.

  1. I also would like to do MSDs, should I tell the dealer these things now, or after I negotiate sales price and MF?

  2. Wondering if the following would be feasible? I only want 10k miles, but dealer sent quote for 12k, thus the difference in the 2 quotes. Or at least something closer to this than what I was quoted

My ideal quote

  1. I am negotiating with another dealer who is unwilling to budge from 15% should I shop the current MSRP discount from this dealer to them, or wait until I negotiate the other terms and shop the complete quote?
