Well, they were def dicks if I wanted a third party buy out. They jacked the sale price of the car up 6-8k to where there was no profit to be made. So I had to play their game and buy the car outright first. But I just kept on them, once I submitted information I just called or chatted with their customer service team until they agreed to expedite my purchase. All in all, they were pretty friendly with all my hounding, cant complain.
Most Banks do that nowadays btw. I was more concerned they were going to mess you during the buyout, Ally and US Bank don’t have ‘stellar’ reps.
