Poised to lease a 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia today, and would like to do it through my S Corp for tax purposes. The sales manager said they use Ally and Chrysler to do their leases, but he warned me that although my personal credit is Tier 1, they would classify it as Tier 3, resulting in a higher money factor (and payment).
True? Other alternatives? The deal as a personal lease:
2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia AWD Sport Ti new
$56,390 list
Cap cost $49,865
Doc Fee $459
Fees $175
Tax $1,295
Rebate - $2500
My cash - $2500
10k miles
24 mo. 56 RES and $688.90
36 mo 48 RES and $593.99
It’s a fairly high option sticker car at $56k and did seem comparable to an offered lease on here on a Stelvio with a similar sticker price. Not sure if they do better on the Giulia or the Stelvio overall, though.
