Question for the California brokers: did you get a wholesale license or a retail license? I’ve been thinking of starting up a brokerage due to a large volume of friends of friends of friends asking for deals but was curious as to if you all decided to lease commercial space to “display one vehicle” or if you just have your business in a more tax friendly state without the licensing requirements?
