I closed on one on Monday (last day of September) with one of the local dealers with 13.5% off pre rebates at buy rate MF. The monthly is a little higher than this (but still below my target of very close to $800 including tax). The increase of rebates in October are really helping here ($17.5k vs $15k in September). Great deal!
